This transaction enables companies to build 810 homes, operated by STAY, the BTR platform, launched by the two companies in September 2020.

The transaction totals EUR 150 million for total investments and the built homes are projected to reach the market in 2023. These two new Madrid projects are complementary to the five projects in Madrid, Valencia, Tarragona, and Córdoba announced in September 2020, estimated at a total amount of 250 million euro.
A total of 2,200 homes are now underway in the joint venture between Nuveen and Kronos, which means that in six months it has already reached more than 44% of its target – to create a 5,000-home portfolio in five years' time.
